GENERAL TERMS:

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 14.

Where indicated, minimum stay conditions apply to accommodation options. Aloft Boutique Accommodation endeavour to provide the accommodation and tour but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings due to insufficient or excessive numbers of requests. All accommodation is subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Bookings cancelled or modified may incur a administration $50.00 fee. Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the total amount of the booking. No refund will be given for any unused services or non-arrival.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in after 2pm. Check out before 10am. If check-in is outside of standard hours, please contact us for instructions. Our number is at the bottom of the page.

BOOKING POLICY:

All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Aloft Boutique Accommodation to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card. You will not be charged for an accommodation booking prior to the date on which you are due to arrive unless previous arrangements have been made directly with us.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express is accepted. American Express will attract a surcharge of 3.1% per transaction.
